The M-LOK Hand Stop Kit serves as a light weight, low-profile M-LOK slot index point for improved weapon control, or as a forward stop to prevent the shooter's hand from reaching the hot front sight assembly or muzzle. The kit includes one M-LOK Hand Stop, one M-LOK Index Panel, and one M-LOK Rail Cover Type 2 for the individual user to configure their kit as they desire. Also included in this kit is an adapter for use with Magpul M-LOK equipped polymer Hand Guards / Forends as well as other wider profile aluminum hand guards. Made in U.S.A.

  • Low profile M-LOK slot index point
  • Forward stop to prevent hand from reaching muzzle

Cheap plastic on this hand stop kit

I bought multiple Magpul products before it always thought of them as quality, but just received a hand stop kit, and it is cheap plastic junk that was bent from the time I opened the box. All I did is put a little bit of pressure on both ends of the main piece, thinking it would straighten it out, but nope! It snapped easier than if you had broke a toothpick in half! Cheap plastic, very disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Handstop has plenty of room between front guard and rear of handstop. Texture is aggressive giving good handling when hands are wet. While billed as a low profile option I would personally like to see the front and rear portions taller by another .25in for a firmer purchase on.

Very well made, attachment is very secure. I like how you don't absolutely have to use the middle part so there isn't as much extra thickness around the barrel cage.
