My Golden doodles do very well on this food. One is 3 the other is a puppy, 3 months old. The 3 year old was given to us 5 months ago and had been on a quality dog food but was licking his paws a lot and chewing on his back foot. Through elimination I discovered the chicken in dog food caused the licking and chewing. He can eat food that isn’t grain free as long as it doesn’t have chicken (this is common for dogs to be sensitive to chicken) but the grain free helps him to have firmer stool and his coat is so much softer and shinier since putting him on this. It does smell like fish and they can have fish breathe right after eating. I hope this will help someone if you have a dog who licks their paws. My doodles of different life stages are thriving on it. We live on a farm and they are VERY active. I recommend it.

***ALERT*** check your dog food!

So I’ve been using this food for at least 3 years now and never seemed to have any issues that I can think of... TODAY I noticed something sticking out of one of the dog food pieces and it seems to be a piece of hard plastic that’s white and painted yellow on one side. I’ve already notified the manufacturer but I just had to put it on here so y’all know to check your dog food!

I have a lab mix who is a senior and a husky mix who is just getting out of the piranha phase so finding something that they both enjoy was difficult. Luckily I found Loyall Life grain-free. Both of my girls love the flavor and it checked all my boxes for nutrition. The senior dog has really upped her game in both walks and play and both are having quality poops. This dog food has made our part lab dog have more energy, enjoy eating and making his overall health better. We had a hard time getting him to eat after the bag was half gone, with this dog food I can feed the entire bag and eats like its a fresh bag. His ear infection is healing also. Please don't change stop making this product, its amazing!!!!!

Growing up on a farm Nutrena was always a trusted feed. So when our girls were having some skin allergies and we started looking for a different dog food and I discovered Loyal Life was made by Nutrena I knew we had to try it. Before we finished the first bag our oldest girl, an 11 year old border collie mix, was already less itchy. I thought maybe I was imagining things but by the time we finished the 2nd bag the 5 year old husky mix had also stopped itching! Now ok 2 big dogs what about little dogs? Well this food made life super easy fo me because it covers "all life stages" and our 8 year old corgi mix loved it too! All 3 of these girls did fantastic from day 1. Yes, I said I have 4 dogs- I didn't start our puppy on it until a little after she hit 1- I kept her on their puppy food prior to that. Now I can say that all 4 of them at ages 14, 11, 8, and 3 are more than excited about meal time. I do make sure to keep a close eye on portion control, otherwise they get a little chunky. But they consistently get a clean bill of health from the vet. Live my girls!

My dogs were on a diet of Purina pro chicken and rice, but were having digestion issues causing constant itching and I tried everything to correct it before switching to Nutrena, salmon and potato. While I was making the transition to the new food, I just fed half-and-half and then put the last little bit in the bag and mixed them together. My dogs have been doing very well on it and I have noticed hardly any itching since we switched I am so happy and thankful to have found this brand.

My Dog Seems To Like This One

It's early to say, but my small dog seems to like this food and it's agreeing with his sensitive stomach AND tastes lately. He's about 6 1/2; my now, pretty healthy, a good weight (a Chiweenie), but recently had some bouts of runny diarrhea. This was about a month ago. I switched to this slowly and with his picky taste, he seems to be enjoying it.

Better Poop!

Finally a food that resulted in firm poop! My kids say my 20 lb dog poops like a German Shepherd. It’s still bigger than it should be, but after switching to this grain free food with great ingredients it’s no longer too soft. He’s shedding a little less too.

Millie is a 78 lb mix breeed with a sensitive stomach & chicken/ grain allergies. She has had no issue changing food options and loves her salmon + sweet potatoes!

I am a long time dog rescuer and have been using Loyal Life for eight years. I use the Salmon and Sweet Potato for my dogs that have food allergies, skin issues, and need food that is on the lighter side to manage weight, specifically for the smaller breeds. The ingredients are important to me and meet my standards completely. I recommend this food to all my friends, family and adopters!

Best food out there!

I have been feeding my dogs this food for over a year. Prior to that I fed them the Lamb and brown rice. They have all done very well, with healthy weight and beautiful coats. I switched to salmon when the puppy had allergies. The itching it gone!

I have been feeding Nerina products for well over 15 years, this is by far the best quality feed for the value. My dog has not had great success on anything but this brand.
