Well I can not really review this product because I do not have it. They referred me to a delivery contractor that seems to deliver once every few weeks.Unfortunately that day did not work. I will either reschedule or cancel and find one that can actually get it delivered. An out of state delivery service that can only deliver one day every few weeks is not really a good customer experience.

Whoever designs these doesn't own any guns
a year ago
I have never met a commercial gun safe yet that hasn't disappointed me, but this is actually one of the worst I've own. This is my third gun safe, all of them different brands. The dimensions on this thing seem like they were decided purely on convenience of shipping and moving and nothing to do with actually using the space inside effectively. Like most safes, this one would never hold even remotely close to the number of firearms they claim. In the case of this model, they hardly hold multiple rows of rifles at all. If you filled this thing with nothing but lever action model 94's with iron sights, you might get close. But if you have any mix of modern sporting rifles (read AR's, AK's, precision rifle with pistol grips and large optics) then this thing will hold about 20 rifles.
The shelf that is cut as a barrel guide seems to have the wrong dimensions. Rifles don't lean securely into the valleys of the cutouts. If you get the rifle to lean enough that it stays put, then the butt of the riffle sits in the middle of the floor of the safe and you can't hardly add a second row of rifles in front of it. The barrel guide shelf is cut like they expect you to have 3 rows of rifles in this safe. WHAT A JOKE!
Maybe the problem is that the safe just isn't quite deep enough. A few more inches of depth would allow rifles to lean a little more back into their barrel guides which would keep them from falling over left/right so easy. It might make it practical to get a proper second row of rifles in front of the back row also. But like I said, this thing looks like the design dimensions were picked to optimize shipping cost, how many they could fit on a truck or some other criteria that had nothing to do with organizing rifles in it.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had

My brand new in the box safe came scratched up and the handle was missing. I called customer service and they were out of stock. It took three weeks to even get it shipped to the store to start with. This was an entire nightmare purchase and customer service didn’t make it any better.

Safe looks great. It would look even better if it were inside my house. As of now, it’s sitting on the carport. Now, this isn’t necessarily fault of TSC, however they did choose the contractor who delivered on their behalf. It was a local company here who delivered. It’s company policy not to bring it inside your door. So outside it sits until my husband can get home from renting a furniture dolly from Uhaul.

I did a lot of research before buying this safe. I thought Liberty was a high quality trusted brand but that is not the case. I purchase this safe in Dec 2024 and in Feb 2024 the lock stopped working. I called Liberty and was told to call a locksmith to open the safe and that they would re-imburse me. I now have a brand new safe with a hole in it and scratches on the front from the drilling and to pour salt in the wound, Liberty is not covering the full cost of the locksmith. Avoid this product at all costs. It is low quality and Liberty does not fully stand behind it.
