Love my safe

This is my second Liberty. Beautiful safe. Delivery is a slight problem. Make sure you understand this safe comes on a semi truck. I even went into a store and asked before I ordered. Minor hitch, and my local store was great in getting it fixed.

Disappointed in USA made

1st swas damaged. Probably in shipping. Liberty's packaging I'd terrible. TSC customer service was awesome in getting me another safe within a week. Drywall dust all over the second safe, but ead not exteriorly damaged. Could not get safe to open. Decided to take door panel off to see why it was so hard to open. Drywall dust and chunks all over the inside. Poorly installed drywall and lock mechanism. Drywall had broken and blocked lock mechanism. Lock parts where loose and door panel missing a screw. Repositioned drywall, glued and taped back into place to make safe useable. I would definitely check into other safes in the future.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It's a beast

This safe is a beast. It is exactly what I expected it to be. Beautifully crafted and very heavy. I choose this safe because of the locking mechanism. It is not an electronic lock, it is the old fashioned combination type. Plenty of room inside with different configerations you can customize. If I had one negative comment, I wish they would have put lighting inside.

The locksmith from A&B locksmith in Allentown PA received the new combination lock from Liberty and installed it yesterday. The lock works perfectly and the safe is now complete. I thank the technician from A & B for his professionalism and great work. I thank Liberty Safe for getting this issue taken care of expeditiously.
