Q: Does this mower have an hour meter, and a gas guage? Are the headlights always on?

Husqvarna Zero-Turn - Missing Parts

The factory crated mower was received with missing parts. The two rubber ‘boots’ that cover the steering levers were not included. Husqvarna Customer Service (AI) would only direct me to Tractor Supply Company (TSC) as they were my ‘point of sale’. Obviously not TSC’s problem as the mower was in original boxing. Frustrated by the whole ordeal, I purchased online two boots totaling $82.74.

Used One time and quit working

Haven't had my lawn mower 30 days yet. Used it one time to cut grass and now it keeps blowing a fuse. Went to the store to ask what I'm supposed to do about the warranty or how I'm supposed to go about getting my money back or exchanging it and the girl was no help there either at tractor supply. Except for giving me another number to call. I told her I'd be bringing the mower back to them tomorrow being I'm within my 30 days and just get a refund. Not happy with this at all.

Deck failed 3 years 13 days they would not warranty the deck. It actually failed 5 days earlier but could not get to dealer faster. Will never recommend anyone but a 54 inch zero turn or any other products

Cannot be beat.

I have had the z254f for 3 yrs. Bought new from a dealer here in town who offers great service. I must tell you coming from old mowers that needed air in the tires and jump start to even begin mowing, I feel like I'm dreaming on this z254f machine. I have had the spindles replaced under warranty, and an idler pulley. But that was painless with a reputable dealer. Coastal Engine (zip code 27981) gets a shout out for being awesome. They always have the parts and get the mower fixed and returned within a couple days. I also had a belt replaced. I mow and acre of nice grass 1.5 times a week or about every 4-5 days. couldn't be happier and money well spent. I would recommend getting your mower from a reputable dealer vs. big box store. I have not had any of the steering issues. I did install grippier tires to mitigate the spinning and add to the slope angle I can mow on. Best mower I ever owned. Thank you Husqvarna.

Horrendous DO NOT BUY

We bought this mower 3 years ago based on our very positive experience with small engine machines by Husqvarna. This mower is a joke. Have only had problems. We went to a couple dealer/mechanics recently and all the problems we complained about they had heard a thousand times from their customers. Avoid at all costs.

Brand new dull blades

I bought this Husqvarna Z254F zero turn mower brand new yesterday evening. Went out to use it this morning, filled with fuel, checked oil, started mowing. I had to go over every part of the yard at least twice because apparently the blades are dull. The grass was it wet and was not unreasonably long, maybe 6” at the longest. I now get to remove the blades and find somewhere to get them sharpened then re-install them before I have to mow again in less than two weeks.

Great mower except…

I love the mower but not 100% certain Tractor Supply put it together correctly. Have some uneven acceleration control with the drive levers. But it rides great, cuts clean very well and has plenty of power for some of the steeper sections of my yard.

Over-priced, unreliable and it spends more time broken than actually running. Instead of the mower I should post a picture of my overgrown lawn…which I think that I will. Get this zero turn and your lawn will look just like this!

The zero turn capabilities are great .

Purchased this mower 2weeks ago .I’m impressed with its ability to mow grass with ease and my lawn has a number of wet spots this time of year .The mower went right through with out any trouble the drive tires are great .Our old John Deere would get stuck constantly . This mower makes mowing a joy Thank you

Worst product I've ever owned, I hate it

I own a Z254 Zero turn mower with less than 100 hours on it. It has been serviced four times already and is about to get serviced a fifth time. The service has all been covered under warranty. But who cares when I can't even mow my lawn because the mower is always in the repair shop? I'm sick of hauling it into the dealer and waiting 4-6 weeks every single time. This mower has been nothing but problems ever since I got it brand new. I hate this mower.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Fast and Efficient

I love riding on this zero turn. It saves me so much time mowing the lawn. It cuts corners better and makes my lawn beautiful. I look forward to mowing the lawn now.
