I bought this as a recommendation seeing online, but it would help with treating or prevent preventing anemia and goats. It is 5 cc or 5 mL per 100 pounds and this is actually a great supplement as it not only has a decent amount of iron, but it also has a whole bunch of minerals and nutrients that your goat would need. Super easy to drench as well and my goats loved the flavor

I’ve used this on a goat kid that is having issues with anemia and it has worked good so far. 6cc per 100lbs for a goat if you’re wondering. Once daily for a week if symptoms are present and then once a week until better. Use in tandem with b complex please

This supplement is excellent for horses that may be dealing with a low red blood cell count. Whether it’s due to recovery from ulcers, they’re under heavy workloads or other conditions, Red Cell can help boost the Hgb. I recommend having your vet do a blood panel to make sure though because excess iron can cause other problems.

Looks and smells like the human Geritol(tm) supplement. A bit messy to handle, but may be useful to get some extra iron into the diet of an older horse. Our vet recommended this, and the price is reasonable enough. The liquid is top dressed on pelleted feed and the horses accept it without a fuss. (Haflingers, age 27-29.)
