Had one of the tires blow out this week while it was sitting in the barn. Had filled them all to 30 PSI as recomended on the tires(see picture). I made a short vid to explain everything.

Incorrect hardware

This is the second one of these we bought. The other we returned due to the locking nuts to attach the rear axle were the incorrect size. And now, we have the same issue. The locking nuts for the rear axle are incorrect. So we can not put this together. Called the manufacturer, had to leave message. No one has returned my call.

Handle broke, to weak of material used.

Purchased last August 23 2025. Yesterday the handle broke at the base going to the wheels weak tube metal. This should be a heavy made item do to the stress it must be put under to turn while pulling when heavy loaded.
Contact with Ticam the support for Goundwork was a joke 4 call to finally reach live agent to be told fill out a form as it was still under one year warranty. Welp took 4 hours to get the form down after trying to upload it multiple times in their website. Still not sure if it went through or not.

It is a really sturdy cart. It takes two people to bring the box inside before you even put it together. It will hold up to any job I believe. I highly recommend it for anyone needing an excellent quality cart.

Assembly was fast and easy. I am using it to take trash cans out to the main road for pick up. Been towing it slowly behind my suv. Works great on both the gravel and paved portions of the driveway. Compared a lot of carts from several stores. This one was the size I needed for the 2 trash cans and the price competitive. I am sure I'll find many uses for it.

They didn’t make the hitch to where it can swivel so when you turn the handle breaks. Why they made it to hitch to a lawn mower and then expect you to only go in a straight line is beyond me. We weren’t expecting this because we have one of the smaller wagons and it doesn’t have this issue and worked great for years so we decided to get a bigger one as well and are very unhappy with the poor design. My hitch broke on the very first day si I cut it drilled a new hole and then it bent, and I had to go and buy a stonger channel iron. Dont waist your money ...

Steer pin poorly welded to cart frame

I have been through 2 of these. The first I thought I had done something wrong, but the second one has the same issue. The steering pin at the front axe is very weak and poorly welded onto the frame of the cart. The weld where the pin is attached breaks and allows the pin to move up and down and side to side slightly. It makes steering sloppy and the cart unstable with heavier loads while turning. I'm currently shopping for a different cart to replace it.

Cart is heavyduty, pulls nicely. Start rusting after two years use and 3 of 4 tires leak. It does stay outside a lot but then again you would think is could. I would recommend this cart but keep it inside if you have to room.

Only complaint is the plastic yoke holder that snaps on to the top of the front panel isn't very good. Comes off frequently when trying to snap the yoke into it. Otherwise, everything on the cart works great.

My uncle Guy was on a mini bike going down the side of a highway pulling one of your wagons when he was hit by a drunk driver going 70 miles an hour. He is 100% sure that that wagon saved his life. The wagon was hit first and it flipped on top of him and both were ran over. Because the wagon was on him it saved his life. Very durable. Highly recommend!

I've had this now for a few years. The original nylon tires didn't last long. I ended replacing them with the flat-free 13 inchers available off the shelves - just swap the bearings and the cart rolls just fine. Having a cart is a game changer, no more carrying heavy items like a caveman.

heavy duty for real

I bought this cart for my welding shop. It's often easier to cart material around the shop, versus swinging a forklift around in there. I've had something like 1200lbs on it. It rolled fine. I don't doubt it could've carried more. I'm impressed. The paint job on mine is also terrible. It's peeling off all over over, and rusting. So maybe grab a few cans of spray paint when you pick yours up at tractor supply. I still recommed this cart. I like it

Not sure why I am bothering

I still haven’t recieved my cart, it’s missed it delivery day by 10 days. I still can’t get any information since March 4. I’ve sat on the phone to your customer service department for 35 minutes the first time and 50 minutes the second time with no one ever taking my call . I also used your automated phone system where you will come me back, that I did 8 working days ago and still no call back. I’ve called a local store and they claimed they couldn’t help me either. This is truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I am at the point of call my credit card provider and seeing if I can report this transaction as fraud….you have my money, I don’t have a product and you are communicating to me.
