It's been about 3 weeks and used it 3 times at the time of this review. Very hard to get use to the controls in High, been using in low setting for the blades and drive. It makes a great cut on low with new blades. Yard has not looked this nice in a long time. Cut height used has been 2.5 and 3", don't really see much of difference but this is the dry season and yard is not growing this time of year. After the first use, one battery did not want to charge. Next morning tried to charge and it worked. Second time the battery would not charge, called Greenworks and they sent me another battery. A few days later contacted by Greenworks and they told me the battery was old. They questioned whether I had gotten from another unit I had. Told them it came with the unit and once I got this message I sent them all the other batteries serial numbers as they were 4-5 years old already. Requested to have them replaced as well. They requested a copy of my receipt purchase. As of this writing I have not heard anything about the replacement batteries. Will update this review once I get an answer about the batteries.

Speedy little ninja machine!

Upgraded from an old John Deere Riding Mower. The SPEED of this riding mower is awesome for my 4 acre property. Had to learn how to go downhill - ended up in a ditch because it's WAY better to go UP hill when mowing hillsides. The mower is quiet, and the batteries last my entire yard and some! If it shuts down at 5%, just turn it off, wait a minute or two, and the mower will be at 25% when you turn it back on. That will get you back to the shed to switch out batteries. Mine came with 6 installed and 6 extra - so I just swap them out and I'm back in business.
