Never arrived. Horrible costumer service.

We ordered this product a month ago and have never received it after multiple attempts of trying to with customer service from tractor supply. Our first shipment only included the parts for this product and not the actual product. I probably called tractor supply at least 15 times in the last month trying to get a call back to address it and no one has ever called me back or responded to my online inquiries. The only time I ever did get a hold of them. They said they would ship me another one and the same thing happened again so now I am just stuck with the parts box. I’m going to be reporting this is fraud on my credit card this week because of how horrible this is all been handled by tractor supply.
