The adapter will not work...

The adapter will not work with my battery. My jacket was purchased on 120-8-2019.
SKU: NO-ON-L.
I only saw one part number on the current list of parts for a power adapter.. That is what I ordered. The plug will not plug into my battery because it is too small.
Can you authorize a return of this adapter and how much will it cost to get the correct part which will work with my battery?
