I'm using it for a 600sf project room separate from the house and it cools it down quickly despite minimal insulation and being a bit undersized for the space. Installation is simple with very easy to follow instructions. The unit is extremely quiet and doesn't rattle. There is an app and the connectivity instructions are easy just like any other connected device you have. Overall, I love this unit.
