W and 5.75 in. L and includes 8 pre-drilled holes. There are 2 fence post brackets included per set.

Did not ever recieve first time shipped. Had to reorder it. But it could have been a fedex problem. 2nd time sent it was by USPS and I finally got it after I had improvised and no longer need the item.
