- A: Yes, but any electro-wire must be insulated from ground (and the horse wire). I’ve seen electro-wire sparks jump as far as maybe 3/4”. 3-4 inches should well be enough so long as grass doesn’t grow into the situation.5 years agoHelpful?

- A: Yes, we do recommend the use of corner bracing with the Electrobraid® fencing system. More information on the fence setup can be found in the manual, linked below. http://images.zarebasystems.com/is/content/woodstream/EC/US/Resources/Manuals/ec_us_manual_Electrobraid.pdf The braid should be hand tightened using the tension tool. Absolutely love Electrobraid!

I have used Electrobraid for more than 25 years and I absolutely love it. This brand is the original and while it may be a little bit more expensive, it never fails. The only reason I bought more is because I had took it all down some years ago because I thought I was getting out of horses. However, two years ago I accidentally found a little filly that I fell in love with and now that she’s older, I need to reinstall my fences. I cannot say enough about this product.
