3 stars: minus 1 for no directions, minus another for wrong bolt pair for u-bracket attachment to trailer (needed m12-1.5 for those 2 but received m12-1.75, also note that the 4 lug nuts were correct at m12-1.5). The first was solved via internet search, the second was solved by the local hardware store.

This trailer was exactly what I was looking for. Very sturdy, lightweight and versatile. After adding a double wheel to the front, I can easily move this trailer by hand around my yard. I use it to collect and deposit grass clippings to the local compost site. Now with a spare tire, I can now use it to travel out of the city and transport larger items without having to worry about getting a flat tire.

As another commenter mentioned, I gambled on this product given the lack of description but it turned out to be exactly what I needed for my MMT5X7G. The kit contains: 12in wheel, wheel cover, u-bracket for mounting, 2 locking nuts (19mm), 4 lug nuts (19mm). It's not complicated to mount, but there are also no instructions. So: The are two holes in the trailer frame in front of the wheel hub on the passenger side. Insert the u-bracket from underneath the trailer through the holes so that the two threaded rods are sticking out. Use the two locking nuts to secure the bracket to the trailer. Screw a lug nut about 1 inch onto each threaded rod. Place the wheel on the threaded rods against the lug nut backing (there should be a small gap between the tire and the trailer frame to allow space for sliding on the wheel cover; if not, adjust the inner lug nuts). Once positioned ideally, secure with the outer lug nuts.

Overall it was everything I expected but since there was no description of what is included in the kit on the website I took a chance ordering it (hence 4 stars). The kit includes the mounting bracket with nuts, spare tire (identical tire to what comes with a DK2 4.5 x 7.5 trailer) and cover.
