Presented this to our veterinarian as the food for my puppy. Veterinarian said "No!" She continued stating a puppy needs chow formulated for puppies to be eaten during their first two years. Surprisingly she did not point us to a brand she sells. She said "Purina Puppy Chow" is great for puppies.

Our boy is allergic to any chicken or by-products of chicken, and this food was a lifesaver for his gut and skin.

Love this food and so do my dogs We had started to show Charlie our Bernese Mountain Dog when he was 9 months old so we knew he needed great food after he went off the diamond naturals large breed puppy food. We put him and our border collie on the skin and coat formula. A few months ago his vet suggested the food with glucosamine - we stuck with the diamond naturals large breed - but both of them got were not so eager for the change. His stomache also seemed to suffer. We put him back on the skin coat formula and added a popular “q” supplement - he loves his food again and his tummy has gotten better too - I love his food. Thanks diamond naturals! He looks fabulous too!
