The DEWALT 3 in. cordless cut-off tool is powered by a brushless motor that delivers a no load speed of 20,000 RPM. It is specially designed to cut metal, tile, stone, plastic and drywall/fiber cement. The bright LED allows to work with ease in low light conditions. Dust shroud features tool-free depth adjustment with mm and inch markings. Chip pocket accepts TOOL CONNECT chip and connects with Site Manager app for easy asset management on the jobsite. Tool-free adjustable guard allows to quickly adjust spark direction while cutting metal. It includes removable dust shroud with adjustable shoe and AirLock connection, bonded abrasive wheel, diamond multi-material wheel, diamond tie wheel, 7/16 in. arbor adapter ring and hex wrench.

The Cutoff Tool is SO Handy!

I bought this tool for my husband because I thought it would be useful. Originally he did not understand the appeal... literally a week later we needed a faucet replacement and the hardware was so rusted together it would not come apart. Enter the Cutoff Tool to the rescue. Cut the old faucet off in 2 minutes and got to work installing the new one. This tool is the one you never knew you needed... but trust me: YOU DO!

Light and powerful.

Bought this little tool for cutting a straight line in hardie siding. It exceeded my expectations and I have used it for tile backsplash and cutting stone veneer. Each time it is perfect for what I was using it for. Wish I would have gotten it sooner.

One of my favorite tools

I absolutely love this little thing. This is perfect to cut up pallets. It’s very easy to control extremely lightweight. Very versatile. I use this I’d say 1 or 2 times a week messing around with things in the garage. I looked at this for a while before buying not knowing what I’d actually use it for. Got the thing and use it way more than I ever thought. Definitely recommend.
