My disappointment comes from the inability to actually view the item in person. That's one of the issues with online purchases. The gauge of the metal was disappointing. The locking mechanism is less than desirable. The mounting of it on the standard trailer is dimensionally less than it should be. However - It was my choice to not investigate further prior to purchasing it. Tractor Supply is not responsible for my decision to purchase online. The personnel at the store were, as always very nice to deal with. It's a pleasure shopping at the store in South Haven.
