Wide is way wide I’d size down a 1/2 size if needing wide.

I wanted a light duty boot that I could wear around everyday, but that was rugged enough that I could jump out of the truck with my dog and explore new trails or head back in the woods and scout for deer. These fit the bill really well. They look nice and are provide a decent amount of stability without being overkill for what I was asking. Water proofing so far has been really good. These aren’t heavy duty hiking boots that you’d carry a heavy pack with all day. They don’t have that amount of support, but for everyday wearing and some light duty they are great. Super comfortable almost like a sneakers, but with more ankle support. Break in period was none. I really like them. My wife told me they look nice too.
