Our CO Shield sensor tests itself automatically and lasts a minimum of a decade. If operated in inappropriate locations, the UL-recognized sensor will alert and shut off the generator automatically before dangerous levels of carbon monoxide accumulate. This indicates the unit should be moved to an open-air environment with plenty of circulation. This unit meets the ANSI/PGMA G300-2018 requirements to ensure the highest level of safety and performance. Power up with Champion's reliable recoil start, plus Cold Start Technology ensures a quick start in cold weather. Champion also makes it easy to monitor voltage, frequency and operating hours with Intelligauge. Designed for safety with convenient push-to-reset circuit breakers, a low oil shut-off sensor plus an included oil funnel for easy changes, this unit has a 1.2-quart oil capacity (recommended 10W-30). The reliable 389cc single-cylinder OHV Champion engine produces 7500 starting watts and 6000 running watts, and will run for up to 11 hours at 50% load when the 7.7-gallon tank of gasoline is full. I bought this Champion generator a few years ago. I never took it out of the box!! I live on Cape Cod, Ma. We had a huge blizzard last week. I was without power for 5 days. I took out the boxed up generator, It was very quick and easy to add oil, and the wheels, 10 minutes. I used the generator for 5 days with no problems. The 110 outlets have never worked properly sense day one. Keep tripping the breakers! Main feed does work and does run my house except for the a/c which is ok because that’s what I needed.

I bought this generator when i got a ice storm that knocked out my power for a week. this did the job it was easy set up and easy to run. It was able to run all my essentials that i needed to keep my pets warm when i still had to goto work and kept my food cold in the fridge for i wont have to restock. i do recommend

Bought this generator after a loss of power from a storm. The price was great for starters. Set up was very simple. I added oil to the machine and gas. The machine cranked on the first pull.

I bought this product a year ago and it is very easy to start up and change oil. It gets the job done very reliably has a big gas tank that hold 7.7 gallons of gas.i don’t exactly remember how long running time is before refilling the tank but it does last a long time. I like how it detects carbon monoxide and it shuts off. This is a good product will be buying another in the future

I purchased this generator this past summer after losing the total contents of our refrigerator and upright freezer during a 6 day power outage following a bad storm... In preparation of another upcoming storm (ice storm with anticipated power outage), I started the generator and ran a test to ensure it would adequately power our fridge and freezer... The good news is that it performed perfectly for the 2 hour test and we are quite comfortable knowing we will be protected during the upcoming storm... Highly recommend this unit to anyone considering purchasing a generator!!! Plenty of power, very efficient, and easy to move around without taking up much space!!!
