The safe arrived beat up and filthy. The interior was full of dust and debris. The exterior was dented in several places. The shelves inside wiggle and don't seem very stable. The door itself is warped and doesn't sit flush when closed.

The safe was all scratched up and the coating is peeling off. The door when shut and locked is not sealed. You can shake the door back and forth.

DO NOT BUY A SAFE FROM CANNON. I have never once written a bad review. Our safe is 4 years old, and the locking mechanism has malfunctioned. We now have to pay a locksmith almost as much as the safe costs to repair this safe. Cannon customer support isn't able to help us. Go with someone like Liberty that will actually provide customer service. You will pay the same one way or another.

The delivery company you use for delivery (XPO) is going to drive many of your customers away. They send out updates that it is coming on a day then it does not show up and this happens over and over. Then finally we received a phone call that it was coming the next day between certain hours and it didn't come until 2 hours after that window. No call, no communication from the delivery company. Then round 2 because the first safe was damaged and you had to send a second one using the same delivery company. The SAME THING happened all over again. Promises to be delivered by a date that came and went, then finally a phone call who gave a timeframe. The timeframe came and went and when the delivery company was called they said their driver didn't get started until really late and it would be later that night before it was delivered. Again no call from the delivery company even though they knew they were not making delivery timelines. And I paid I believe like $185.00 for this terrible service? You can be sure I will be telling everyone I know about this service and let them make up their mind whether they want to order from you. Now the ball is in your hands. Do you continue to use this delivery company?

Very nice safe but delivered a week late and we paid twice for delivery. I believe all would have gone well if we had ordered from the store instead of online. Just went through the exact scenario with a 450lb gun cabinet from Uline except we paid only once and when the third party company that was paid to deliver said there truck was to big to deliver here, Uline switched to another mover without double charging us.

cannot recommend. Lockwork has history of cold weld failures, leaving no alternative than to drill safe. Warranty will not cover labor for locksmith, will only replace parts.

Very disappointed! Delivered into my garage but will not bring it into the house. Unboxed the safe in the garage, the door is dented!!! If they don’t make good on this I’ll never buy from Tractor Supply again.

Great product for the money. Only issue I had was the carpet material on the inside is not glued on properly.

Gun safe is ok, but I expected a little more quality it being a Cannon. The shelving and gun support look really cheap. The Shelf Clips are plastic instead of metal. The handle to unlock it turns the opposite of every other safe I have (I have three other safes by two other manufacturers). The outside finish is okay but there's a few chips here and there. The the slots for the top rack had to be cleaned out what a utility knife and screwdriver. There's no way this safe will ever hold 64 long gun, but I have never found a safe that holds what the manufacturer lists. The delivery was fast, they showed up a day early when no one was home to receive safe and had to re-deliver. Overall I'm satisfied. The sale price made it worth buying. I have no complaints but if I had to pay regular price I think I would be a bit disappointed.

The safe is good. Delivery date was a week later than stated when I ordered and had superficial damage. Be aware.

I have had issues with the electronic lock. I contacted Cannon and all I get is the run around. The customer service is absolutely terrible

I have an older safe just like this one and it seems to be of higher quality. This one the door does not seem to seal as well

A few minor flaws cosmetically to the safe. (1) Notch for side plate attachment was not cut out enough to attach snd Interior fabric a little loose in s corner.

Ordered and delivered quickly and in tact.

Bottom is a bit rusted, whatever material they coat it with is cracking at the corners. Definitely will never buy Cannon again

Unboxed it after being delivered and the handle is damaged, missing paint. The code will not reset from the factory default. Received two right side pieces for the top enclosure so can’t mount that. When you close & latch the door it hangs open about 1/2” or more, super sloppy and the seals aren’t even touching. Must have got a Friday build.

Staff was amazing!

The safe itself is nice. Plenty of room. However there were some quality issues with the safe that I noticed. The finish had been scraped away on one of the corners. The bottom is very rusty. And the bottom of the door does not sit flush with the bottom of the safe. Almost as though it is out square. After spending $1000, I expected higher quality.

Was afraid at first reading a few certain reviews but took the chance and ordered this particular make and model. Was pleasantly surprised as it arrived quickly and was in pristine condition. There was a package and form on the exterior related to setting up the personal entry code and a number to Cannon Customer Service. I called and was quickly helped. The whole process was very simple.

For the money I spent this never should’ve happened. Went through all the trouble of getting help and renting a heavy duty dolly to move the 650 pound safe to my home unboxed it and this is what I found. Rhino coating is bubbling right on the front.!!

Just got this safe in and set up. No warranty paperwork inside, no information, etc. Bottom side is bare steel, the coating has imperfections throughout. The outlet screws were not tight and caused it to flop around. Inside carpeting is coming off in places. The top rack is different than shown in pictures and does not align/bolt together properly. The keypad is a 4 digit code and all the instructions online are for a 6 digit. The weatherstripping for the door is not aligned properly and the coating does not allow it to stick properly. Inside has scuffs from them applying the gypsum boards. I paid $1k, worth it? Eh.

This safe was a disappointment. It looked very nice but now I have an immoveable safe in my basement that I'm not happy with and that I can't sell, and would be uncomfortable passing on to someone else. Simply put, the build quality is lacking, with a very cheap feel to it. If you're reading reviews, dont just take my word for it, look at all the other one star reviews and save yourself the headache of buying this. If you're Cannon and reading this, do better, please. *EDIT - I submitted this review and Tractor Supply Company "moderated" it, saying it has "unsuitable" content. It's just my experience with this product and there is nothing improper with it. TSC, please don't block people from posting info.

Cheap build. Lock handle broke inside the safe 4 days after it was delivered. The door was loose when I took the box off. The locking system was sticky from the start. Contacted cannon but they never responded.

Tractor Supply provided a delivery date that was not in alignment withe the freight delivery company. Safe was damaged before it even arrived to the freight company. (Photo 1-3). One arrived and set in place I opened the Safe Door to discover the inside was filthy with a white dust. After I removed all of the shelves I discovered more damage (tears in the fabric and just places were the seams were not even cut properly. The tracks that hold the shelves in place are stapled and not screwed. The tracks are loose as the staples are short. On the exterior of the door the handle is also damaged. Very Disappointing that Cannon Quality Control let this safe pass and very disappointed in Tractor Supply for selling such a poor quality safe.
