The perfect rub for ribs!

I generally mix and match various rubs depending on what I'm smoking. Since I introduced the original dry rub seasoning into the mixes, I have been dialing back the others and letting this stuff shine through. Fantastic on ribs and pork butt, adds some nice zip to chicken, I also use it in the filling for my stuffed jalapenos. Great blend of flavor with just the right amount of heat where everyone is happy.

I've been using this for years and everyone loves it! My favorite addition to Baby Backs but it works great on chicken, beef and pork.
