Nice combo tank

Very nice tank. To set the record straight mine did hold 62 gallons. It seems to be built well. The only complaint I have is not against the tank, but against not having the proper size tube to install the pump. You will have to cut the pipe to fit. It keeps water out it overall a nice tank and not hard to install. Love it!

I got this tank a few weeks ago. Kinda disappointed. Great concept but only can fill to 38 gallons. Had I know that. I would've never got it. Would not recommend if your looking gout mkre than 38 gallons

Poor welds and no quality control.

Do not buy this tank. Purchased at a local store that I have seen take care of their inventory and so in no way is this their failure. Brand new tank, thankfully tried this tank with only 5 gallons and immediately leaked from a weld in one of the corners. Apparently no testing or quality control whatsoever and we have ran many different tanks for our business. Never again with “better built” brand.

Poor Quality

I purchased this tank in July of 2018 and installed on a flatbed truck. It has worked great with afew modification on the lids. The latchs started to rip the thin metal on both lids within a year. I pop-rivited thicker metal to the lids and fixed the problem. However, this month I noticed a loud thud evertime I turn and I can feel the weight of the fuel moving as I turn. The baffle has come loose inside the tank. In 2018 they had a limited lifetime warranty. Tractor supply says that no longer applys, and the new ones only have a three year warranty. I guess I will just use it until It causes an accident then let an attorney sort it out.

Filled with diesel and while I was filling the t was draining on ground. All the while I was starring at the made date of 11-28-24 thinking what junk

“Better Built” is hilarious. Terrible quality product. Leaked brand new, lid latches quit after a couple months, and the material the latches are welded to are so thin it rips like a pop can.
No, I do not recommend this product.
