This solar fence energizer has been doing exactly what I needed. It’s been very effective at keeping deer out of my flower garden. Setup was simple, and it’s been running reliably without issues. My only minor complaint is that the indicator light could be a bit brighter to make it easier to confirm it’s on during the day. Overall, very happy with it and would definitely recommend.

I give it one star because I can't give it less. Don't waste your money. Tried for five days to charge it - supposedly only takes three. We could never get the indicator light to come on showing the charger was working, so of course we did the grab test. Not so much as a tingle. Can't keep the critters out of the orchard if it won't charge the wire. The instructions are not actually included. You have to scan a QR code to download them. I want a printed book. People who need this product usually won't have reception when they are trying to install it. I can't take it back because someone threw the box out- that part is our fault. The instructions said not to take it back anyway. Send it to the manufacturer.

For the price, I feel like this should be a way better product. Was easy to setup, but had to wait 4 days for it to charge and even when charged, the voltage was weak until about a week of sitting in direct sunlight. Seemed to not last with cloudy weather as my animals were able to touch the electric fence after 3 days of clouds/storms. Product seems well built, just disappointed with performance.
