I have been feeding my dogs the Chicken and Rice 4Health dry Dog Food for the past two years. They are very healthy. They have shiny coats and are very active and alert. It is a rated as a four-star food by the dog food advisor reviews. I plan to continue feeding this product. I can also have it shipped directly to my house for the times that I just can't get to the store. Great product.

Mold in food

We have been using 4health for a while now.. and this is the second bag of food that we have gotten that had mold in it.. we use air tight containers to store the bag in and keep the container inside. but the mold had consumed about a 4 inch layer before we noticed it. ruining the entire batch.. so yet another bleach cycle to clean the container and everything in contact with the food.. basically, if you smell the food when you get it, and it has a slight twing to it (slightly sour).. take it back. both bags that had this, ended up with mold in the food.

As a Dalmatian owner and rescuer of the breed I love the 4 Health brand of dog food. Ingredients are easily digestible and excellent to overcome all her allergies. My girl has a smooth shiny coat, solid bowel movements, no gastrointestinal problems and lots of energy on our walks at 9 years of age. Never needed vitamins or medication for any health issues. We have two Siberian Huskies. We've been using dry 4Health Chicken & Rice Adult dog food for years now. The nutrition specs are the best that I have seen, especially for the price. Also the serving size is less than some of the more mainstream brands so there is less fecal waste. We tried switching to the Sam's Club Chicken & Rice to try and save a few bucks. That was a mistake. Dogs had horrible gas!!! We switched back the 4Health and we are sticking with it.
