Magical Dogfood!

This food is excellent! We have a pit mix with a very sensitive stomach, and a white German Shepard with skin sensitivities. Tried so many grain free foods for both of them that did not work. Shepard didn't like the Iams Salmon sensitive skin food taste, and this is the only food the pit can eat without getting gas or the runs. Bonus we didn't expect was mysteriously NO fleas when we forgot to retreat them in May. I don't know what it is about this food, but we are telling all of our friends about it. They are so healthy and have the shiniest coats and can't wait to eat it! We drive over 30 minutes each month just to get this dog food!

Ingredients have CHANGED

Been feeding this to my dog with a chicken allergy. she cannot have ANY form of chicken (actual chicken, chicken meal, chicken fat, hydrolyzed chicken, NOTHING). Ingredients on bag now says it contains "POULTRY FAT" but NO WHERE on the bag does it say ingredients have changed. Also does not that on website it contains anything chicken. My poor dog has been itching like crazy. GOOD JOB TS! Going back to Blue.

formula drastically changed

I am not at all pleased. This formula drastically changed without notice, and I struggled for months to keep my dogs fed. This feed, along with Salmon and Potato and Thrive 83, causes yellow mushy stools and does not digest much at all. All the grain free formulas also started causing massive itching which led to open sores on 27 of my 29 dogs.
I reported this feed change to my Store Manager, but nothing was done about it. I stayed on 4Health as long as I could but in the last 2 weeks, I had to return several bags of 4Health and had to switch back to Victor on the fly.
As a long time customer and current Store Team Member, I am deeply saddened that nothing was done way back when I reported it to the store. I have been spending almost $1000 per month in dog food at my local TSC store where I work, so this saddens me even more (as a customer) that nothing was done about this formula change.

Formula changed for the worse

My 10 year old greyhound has been eating this food for years because it was the only thing I’d found that agreed with his sensitive digestive system. As of the most recent bag, they clearly changed the formula. The kibble looked different and had a yellow color to it. My dog had yellow diarrhea within the same day of eating this new formula, it seriously looked like melted Velveeta cheese. I’m upset I have to search for a new food, but I’ve read other complaints of dogs becoming ill from the new formula and I question if this needs to be recalled.
No, I do not recommend this product.
