    When will someone call to schedule my assembly service appointment?

    You should recieve the call two business days after placing your order on qualifying items. If you do not receive a call, please call (888)-499-2720. For additional assistance, please call (877)-718-6750.

    When can I expect to have the assembly completed?

    Assembly service is usually completed within 10 buisness days of purchase.

    Can I reschedule or cancel my assembly appointment?

    A: Contact your assembly technician to reschedule or Assemblers International at (888)-499-2720 if you need to cancel. Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

    What if I want to return or exchange my order?

    A: If your item has not been assembled yet and you return or exchange it, contact Tractor Supply Customer Support at (877)-718-6750 and Assemblers International at (888)-499-2720 to cancel your service appointment. Refunds and exchanges are not possible after the assembly service is complete.

    Do I need to prep the item before the assembly service technician arrives?

    Yes. Please make sure the item is already in the desired final location. Additional fees may apply if the technician must move the item to another location.

    How do I know when my technician will arrive?

    Technicians will notify you they're on their way 30 minutes prior to arrival.

    Will the technician haul away the packaging?

    The technician will break down all boxes and packaging and put them in an on-site receptacle that you provide.

    Are the technicians background checked?

    Yes, all technicians are background checked.
