The tabletop is fastened with all stainless steel hardware and mounted to an aluminum plate with a 1.75 round aluminum 25" post. The post allows the tabletop to slide into any Kahuna Wagons rod holder. The four stainless steel bolts in the center of the table top are countersunk and flush with the surface so they do not interfere with your knife if you are using the table as a cutting board also.
