Add 12 ounces (3- enclosed scoops) into 2 quarts of warm water until completely dissolved. Feed twice daily from day 2 to weaning. This mixing rate will result in 2.3 quarts of milk replacer solution.
Healthy calves can be weaned from milk replacer if they are growing well and are consuming 2-3 pounds of grain daily. Milk replacer calves are generally weaned between 8-12 weeks of age.
