Redesigned vent

I purchased this to replace another that I had been using for years but had gotten broken when it fell from a shelf while attached to my half gallon bottle full of water. I don’t use the straw just the spout to get a quick drink while on the move. The air vent on the new one has been redesigned and doesn’t let quite as much air in which slows down my ability to get much of a quick drink. So I don’t use the new one. It’s in a drawer stored
