Tractor Supply Failed to Fulfill Order

The mesh is fine. The issue is Tractor Supply. We ordered two, but only one was delivered. The store wouldn't let us pick it up because it was an incomplete order so we called Customer Service. After that call, we were able to return the one that didn't come and pick up the one that did. (did that make any sense to anyone?). Customer Service then gave us a tracking number for the second grid. That has said "label created" for over 16 days. We've given up on getting it from Tractor supply and had to make do with an inferior alternative to get our project done in time.
