I never received the item. Upon going to the tractor supply website and tracking down my order information, I learned that the package was undeliverable due to an "incorrect address" (which I subsequently reviewed and confirmed to be correct as all my billing information went through without a hitch; I can only surmise that the wrong address was printed on the package when the shipping label was created). The package was then, apparently, shipped to a ups holding facility and sat there until it expired and was returned to sender. I was not informed of any of these developments and only learned of this chain of events when I went to investigate and entered my order number on the website upon receiving an email asking me to review the product which I had "recently been delivered". I will be contacting customer service when normal business hours resume in the morning.
