The WorkHorse Sprayers 25 gal. Deluxe Trailer Sprayer with 2-Nozzle Breakaway Boom is ideal for weed control in gardens, driveways, ditches, ponds, pastures and more. Designed to offer chemical-resistance, this compact trailer sprayer can be used with a wide variety of liquids. It's made to provide 80 in. of coverage with dripless tips. The trailer sprayer also comes equipped with a heavy-duty manifold and frame construction to offer durability.

When opened, this bypass line redirects a portion of the fluid back into the tank to provide continuous fluid movement and gentle agitation. Not made for off road farm use.

The first time I used it the shutoff valve to the boom cracked. The second time I used it the shutoff valve for the bypass broke into 5 pieces. Both failed after about 2 hours into the job. I replaced them with regular water hose brass shutoff ball valves.
The tires on this sprayer are so soft that even the smallest thorn will penetrate. I've had six flats in about 6 hours of usage. With tire sealant added before use I was able to get back going until one of the tubes got pinched. I will be adding solid flat free tires to keep this thing rolling.

Sorry you had that issue with the Workhorse 25-gallon trailer sprayer. Haven't heard of any issues with those shut-off valves doing that, but glad you were able to take care of them. Not sure of the terrain that the sprayer is being used on or the speed of pulling the sprayer, but that isn't something that is common for the tires. We do hope that you'll end up being happy with your new sprayer and that it handles your spraying needs.
