Leave a lot of black residue, does not leave fine ash, lots of sparking! The pallets are rougher without a smooth coating, which does not allow them to drop down into the auger very easily.

Bought two tons. This years supply was terrible. Hod no problem with last years two tons were fantastic. High amount of sawdust and pellet pieces small. Clogging and Hugh amount on black residue and burn pot will build up solids and force shot down. This required me to sift every bag to improve but not totally resolved.
I spoke to the manufacturer in Maine, sent pictures and seria numbers. He said there may have been defect with quality control inspections.
Now it’s the end of the season. I picked up six bags to hold me during a cold night. Still garbage.

I have used many brands of pellets over the last 6 years primarily all bought at TSC . Last week I picked up pellets and they were "TSC Brand" . These are by far the very worst pellets I have ever bought for ash and low heat . Not to mention at the beginning of this heating season their other brands of pellets were $4.99 a bag now their brand is $6.49 a bag . I really wanted them to be good and wouldn't have cared much about the price increase if they were a value but thats not the case at all . I will have to buy my pellets elsewhere from now on .
