I bought from the Home Depot website. There was something wrong with that unit but Windmill promptly replaced it at no cost. The second unit has been great so far. It cools quietly and the app is very easy to use. Very happy and would recommend.👍

I had a problem in window AC I contacted the customer service team . They analyzed the issue and went above and beyond to provide the necessary fixes .i was just over the warranty window but they took excellent care and I’m very pleased of their services.

Great customer service

Bought a 10,000btu unit a couple years ago and it was everything as advertised and when it came time to replace one of my older (non-windmill) units, I wanted to get a second windmill. Bought in August, but after installing, the unit had loud background noise from the compressor. Got into the chat with customer service and they walked me thru several checks to see if we could remedy my problem. After exchanging several videos and not being successful in fixing the noise issue, they put thru an order to give me a replacement unit. Easy, straight forward, no hassles, just good service.
