We have had previous grills by Weber however this one we are disappointed with. We are unable to get any type of a sear or crust or browning on any of our items that we cook. It takes a long time to cook, and it doesn’t seem like the grill goes up to temperature for a very long time. I usually have filet mignon and I cannot get crust on the outside of the filet mignon. Even meats like grilled sausage are not crispy on the outside no matter how long we cook it. We are very disappointed. Our previous Weber girls were much better at obtaining a crispy outside on our grilled products.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I love my Weber grill! Solid build quality & I'm able to keep a steady temperature when cooking. The large drip pan is great & easy to clean. It's designed is also great because the drip pan is far away from the burners so I do not have flare ups 🙂 I only wish I would of went with a Weber sooner because the money spent on cheaper grills just didn't work out for me in the long run.
