Not a precision engineered product, but given the price these are fine and look OK. The assembly instruction drawings aren't super clear. In Step 1-2 pay attention to the orientation of the legs (A1/A2) so that the hole for the long barrel bolt (5) is facing bottom panel (E), otherwise when you get to Step 2-2 you'll have to disassemble everything in order to connect the leg to the side panel. (Ask me how I know this.)

I have mine but have not opened it. My neighbors bought one so I liked the looks of it. However, after they struggle to put it together I decided it was not worthy of keeping. The screws are not long enough. The box is weak and will not hold a lot of soil. I need to return it.

RETRACTION - I was corrected that this is Cedar wood so I have revised this review to a 3 star. However, the quality of the wood and construction prevents me from giving a higher rating. Some of the pieces were slightly warped so it took a little effort to align the tabs in the slots. It also had gaps after assembly as seen in the attached photos. Finally, I also had concerns about the base supporting 50+ lbs of soil/potting soil. It did not have any support so I added some scrap pieces of wood (photo) and screwed them into the cross bars. I did block the drainage holes, but there were gaps between each board so it shouldn't matter.

Great product for the price, I would buy this again. It was a little cumbersome getting it together by hand, I didn’t have a drill and you need to pay really close attention to the illustrations because they’re small and I put a couple pieces on backwards BUT that’s operator error. It’s a nice product and I like the drainage holes because a lot of raised beds don’t have them. Buy it!

I purchased this and I was notified that it was damaged in transit and was being shipped back. No refund yet from TS and when I call their customer support line, they never pick up. I waited on hold for 2 hours and eventually hung up. Suppose I’ll just dispute the charge with my credit card company. I do t even write reviews but you all seriously sent me an email asking me to rate my purchase. Laughable

This garden bed was difficult to assemble because the channels for the bolts were not adequately drilled. Also, the holes for the barrel nuts were not correctly drilled. We managed to get it together, but it was very frustrating.

Box has four drainage holes in the bottom with a water-tight liner. Holes are useless with the liner installed because plants will become waterlogged. I poked four small holes in the liner above the drainage holes for excess water runoff.
