Love the product - hate the customer service

I have ordered these multiple times however Tractor Supply has a distinct issue with their order and notification system. Multiple times I have ordered a product and the text message says the order went to my Virginia location and NOT the store in Washington state where I desire pickup. I have had multiple family members attempting to pick up items according to the TS text messages with NO success. Come on, I paid for the items and your staff and ordering system are horrible.

Only downside is 100 screws. They are sturdy and very nice looking , worthy of all the screws. We will be buying a couple more soon!
