Assembly takes time.

Purchasing this kennel was the easiest part of the experience, without question! Delivery was about 3 days sooner than expected, which never seems to happen. That was great because putting this kennel together was a challenge. The instructions are minimal at best. A booklet was provided, and the parts were conveniently bagged and labeled, but there were NO written words to explain how to put the kennel together. All you get are pictures of the parts in different stages of assembly. It literally took two of us almost 8 hours to get everything assembled correctly. The amusing part of this was that this was not the first time we had assembled kennels before, and still, this thing got the better of us! In the end, we won and are confident that this kennel will last a long time. It is solid and secure and worth the price we paid. I did add a short piece of chain and a clip to reinforce the latch. It wouldn't take much to push the simple latch open that comes with it. We also attached the entire kennel to heavy-duty hardware cloth for a floor, to prevent dig-outs, and we attached a lighter gauge, vinyl-dipped hardware cloth to the top and then attached the polyester cover over that. Our summers make short work out of any sort of covers, and hopefully, the extra support will extend its life. We are quite happy with this kennel now that the hard part is done.

Easy to assemble , well built ,

I bought the 10x10 kennel and recently we had a snow storm in which the kennel roof collapsed. I contacted the company to see if they had replacement parts to purchase which they do not sell any replacement parts. When spending $600 you expect the company to stand behind their product and offer solutions. I would not recommend this brand to anyone looking for a dog kennel. It seems crazy to me that they do not sell any replacement parts.
