They also need humidity, a light spritzing with a water bottle will help. Depending on the size pot would determine if you needed a dolly. Growing and healthy

Its blooming now! This is my 3rd attempt to grow a meyer lemon. The other 2 were mail order and came as sticks. This plant was beautiful .. drove 30 miles to this store to get it. No regrets

Not happy at all

I ordered online as it’s the last one in store, drove 35 miles from Massachusetts to pick it up and the plant didn’t have one single leaf on, just bare branches and thorns. Asked the CS if it’s dead and he told me it’s not and it’s normal growing phase - first beaches then thorns then leaves. Knowing not much about lemon tree, I believed it. And the plant was soaked with water. Brought it home and it died shortly. TSC-shouldn’t your staff know a dying plant can’t be sold any more, especially for someone who trusted in online order pick up and drove so far to get it? Very disappointed ☹️

Unhealthy, buggy plant

TSC gets a star for having this in stock, but the condition of the plant is pitiful. It came with a few wilted leaves covered in spider mites.

Patio paradise

I bought this as a patio tree, since it is just a tiny thing yet I didn’t expect much but put it in a bucket and hope for the best. It is surprising me with tiny new shoots already and the thorns have tidily discouraged the dog from eating it like he does everything else. 10 out of 10 looking forward to margaritas when it starts producing.

I bought this tree back in April/May at TSC, transplanted it into a 7 gallon pot. It is now the end of October and I have the plant inside, it is a little over 2.5ft tall. I definitely did not show the plant special care and honestly assumed it wasn't going to make it but it did. It does have a fungus gnat infestation I need to deal with, but that's my fault. I have a bunch of Van Zyverden plants. They're an amazing company with great plants. That all still seem to thrive despite my wanton tending.

When life gives you lemons

Unfortunately, this Mother’s Day present was far from fruitful. It had one set of leaves when we brought it home and was bone dry. We tried to bring it back to life but were unsuccessful. It’s hard to tell if the plants quality or care at the store was a factor in its decline.

it hadn't been water at all which I didn't realize till I got home. I tried to keeo it a live by following the directions but little by little all the leaves fell off and it died. The employee said she picked out the best one but it was the worse one. It felt like sand when I got it home.

I had the review about it being a large tree and not fruiting. User name Joy20 . I finally have flowers on my lemon tree. I’ve kept it in a large pot, use a natural fruit tree fertilizer and bring it inside during cold months. I’ve had it a few years now. I was unable to edit my previous review. So I wrote an another. I’m going to purchase other varieties of the patio trees to see how those grow.

So much fun to watch grow!

Purchased this last summer and had it outside for a bit, but the cute pot it was in kept blowing over. So, I brought it inside and put it in front of a window that gets lots of sun. When it bloomed, I pollinated it with a q-tip and I have two lemons growing. I just had more blooms and pollinated it again. I love watching it flower and can't wait until the lemon turns yellow!

I bought one of these from my local TSC 3 years ago. In the summer it’s always outside in full sun. As it got bigger I up potted it and it is now in a 8 gallon pot and it is on one of those pot rolly cart thingies. When the temperatures drop below 50° I pull it inside and keep it under a grow light. This past April, I had my first blossom on it and today I harvested my first lemon and it is already blooming again. I do fertilize with citrus tree specific fertilizer about every other month.

This is my third year having this tree and it has yet to flower. I’m not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. It keep growing big but still no flower or fruit. Maybe these just don’t fruit

Says it’s a Meyer lemon but it’s not.

Drove all the way from Decatur to Snellville for a Meyer Lemon (as it was advertised). Even called ahead to be sure they had them. Picked up my online order and when I got back home an hour later, discovered that the plant was mislabeled, mispackaged, and misadvertised. and that it was, in fact, a Eureka Lemon tree. Thankfully, the store manager resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Still don’t have an actual Meyer Lemon tree.
