Alkyd paint cover oil bas

Needed alkyd paint to cover previous oil base paint used from the 60s. Sanded as much oil based paint as possible off. Hoping it lasts.

Just used this product on a cabinet job and have nothing bad to say about it. Turned out beautiful and another happy customer. Cleaned, repaired, sanded, primed with BIN shellac based primer, then 2 coats of this paint using Wooster mohair blend rollers. Lays down and dries beautifully and very difficult to scratch in semi-gloss.

The oil enriched enamel of Valspar's door and trim paint left a smooth hard finnish on my bathroom door trim. Its been easy to clean and seems to holding up well to the grubby paws of my kids.
