    A: Hi Chris! The hopper is designed to hold up to 170 lbs of pellets. To reach full capacity, you may need to redistribute the pellets to help them settle and fill any voids more efficiently. This unit was also recently re-tested and re-rated, and the updated heating capacity is up to 3,000 square feet. The label on the stove may reflect the previous rating of 2,200 square feet. Q: can you set the pellet stove on a thermostat or is it already on a thermostat

  • A: Hello, thank you for your question. It has an internal thermostat control you can enable (Manual or T‑Stat mode) so the stove adjusts heat output based on the room temperature you set. It does not act like a traditional on/off thermostat; the stove will continue running at its lowest setting even when the set temperature is reached.

Bought this stove 10 years ago still burning good no problems at all blowers are getting little weak but that’s 10 years still going best I ever buy again well will be getting new same thing

I bought this stove for my son.. I read all the disappointing reviews, I got it for him anyway . This was the stove he wanted..It’s just what the other buyers said it would be, it’s junk .. he’s had it less than two months and it won’t run right. What a waste of money .. it’s always clogged with pellets.. and I have to pay for this for three years.. I should have known better..

horrible, trouble from the beginning. The wifi feature malfunctioned and than the augur quit working and NO TECH in the area!!! PLEASE DONT BUY
