First introduced in 2001 as US Stove's first Multi Fuel stove, the US Stove Corn and Pellet Stove has evolved into one of the most sophisticated heating appliances on the market. We love the pellet stove.

I have had this stove for about eight years and I have only had one problem.
The control unit went bad. The one they replaced appears to be for a larger mode.
We can only operate it at the very lowest setting. It heats my 1300 sq. ft. house so well we have to keep the windows open until it gets to below zero. It uses less than one bag of pellets a day no matter how cold it gets.

Stay away I got this a few months ago and have hab nothing but problem's. First off its so loud you cant here the tv in the next room that is when it runs and I cant seem to get it to runbfor more then a few hours before it shuts down. Called us stove no help at all. Also the ignitor is out after second week. Run dont walk away from this junk.

Good stove, a few flaws but very efficient

This one heats good and burns pellets almost 100% with the Burn pot agitator leaving only a small amout of ash. This stove has a ash pan something many stoves do not, you do not have to shut it off to chean as often.
The bad parts I found is starting is not as good as other stoves I had. After a few failed to lights we are using the gel to light it, much more reliable and faster.
The other thing is when the Burn pot agitator turns we hear a screeching sound, sounds horrable but you get use to it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I was very disappointed with the product. Always having to adjust it. It would feed too many pellets or not enough. And would not burn properly. Always having to adjust the air flow they’re never seem to be a good happy medium, and would not burn properly

Bought this stove in November installed in January didn’t have in running for no longer then 30 days and it broke down. We didn’t purchase the service plan so now we are stuck with a 3k loss, we bought it thinking we could insert it where our old fireplace was big mistake loading the pellets pain in the neck having to constantly feed with other hand if possible then it didn’t even heat the area, so my advice keep in scrolling if you need something reliable abd to keep you warm this is a epic fail! Yes I agree customer service needs improvement
