poor logistics on Tractor supply cost me big bucks

800 dollars seems like a great price until tractor supply makes me pay 120 dollars to have this stove shipped to their store because they refuse to stock any wood stoves in any stores. I would like to buy this stove and while managers do a great job of wanting to help at the stores I have called to ask them for help on buying this stove without having to pay this crazy shipping charge. I will buy somewhere else because they will bring the stove to the store without charging the customer shipping. I wish Tractor Supply would fix their over site and provide better options for their customers.

Not even 2 years old and smoke pours out door every time load wood. Woods dry , pipe is 3 feet above peek. Work good first year now problem’s

Any stove where the logs are loaded parallel to the door is stupidly designed and this is no exception. The amount of wood you can load is cut in half, it doesn't burn well, and then rolls onto your feet or the floor when you open the door... stupid, stupid design. I will never buy another U.S. stove product. Clearly designed by someone who had once seen a woodstove, but never actually used one.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Hi Chris! The stove is designed to accommodate logs up to 21" when loaded side-to-side. This is a maximum log length specification, not a required loading method. Standard 16" firewood would allow front-to-back loading in this model and helps prevent shifting when the door is opened.
