customer service failed

The box worked as it should when first received it but then the latch spring broke after about 3 or 4 years and after several emails back and forth suppling all the info i could they tell me that the only parts that can be replaced is the key lock and the striker, when just a single bolt cand be removed and a replacement spring put back in. So i had no problem with the box up to this point customer service is no good and no parts are available if needed.
No, I do not recommend this product.
