i defective the day I received it.

Came fully assembled. I up packed it. Put the key in the lock and could heart the lock bar moving, but none of the drawers can be opened. Then spent 3 hours on the phone to figure out the problem, and finally got TSC to send a replacement. By the time I get the new one, will have been almost a monthsince ordering the first one.
