This 2-in-1 Tow Tuff Cargo Carrier with Bike Rack is perfect for a variety of hauling needs. The cargo carrier with bike rack measures 27 in. x 62 in. x 3 in. deep, which gives you plenty of room to take care of a variety of different loads. The unique design of this cargo carrier and bike rack allows it to function as a cargo carrier or as a bike rack by simply removing the pins to turn the bike rack into a cargo carrier. Powder coat is thin and came chipped in some spots. Thr welds have me a little concerned and I am a concermed with how thin the metal grates are. We will see how well this holds up. Also the assembly instructions are horrible.

This is a great size and very sturdy. It attaches easily to a hitch and holds both mine and my daughters bike with space for 2 more. It can hold up to 500 lbs which also supports my sons power wheelchair. It doubles as a cargo carrier and a bike rack with tie down holes. Would definitely recommend!

This is the perfect cargo carrier it is able to hold totes,bikes, etc. It is nice to have a multi use carrier. It helps us of we go camping to put the tent or any of the other bigger items and we can still use our roof rack if needed. We have a truck, but with 3 people and a dog it is like we never have enough space and this is such a great item! I definitely recommend it.

I got the Tow Tuff 62 Inch Steel Cargo Carrier and Bike Rack to hold four bikes for when we travel. When not using for bikes I can use a cargo carrier for when going to the lake or camping when I need more room.

The tow tuff 62”steel cargo carrier is so worth it. I got one and it has made my life easier. I used to have a roof rack for the car and it was so hard to get things on and off, specially if it was heavy. Love that it’s simple to install and simple to uninstall. Love that it has lots of tie off points and it’s made to last. Love how durable it is and how well it’s made. I recommend this item.

I have been wanting a different bike / storage rack and decided to get this a month or so back. It is well made and easy to take on and off. I like that it can be used for 4 bikes and also then be shifted to just a storage rack. It’s great.

My wife and I are campers. Anytime we go, we load the bed of our truck and always run out of room. With this, I have a place for fireweed or our cooler. We used it for our bikes once since they take up so much space. This is so amazing. I wish we had one sooner.

I was really surprised how strong this carrier is! It’s not flimsy. It doesn’t bounce around. It’s stout and sturdy. I loved that we could use it as a bike rack OR cargo carrier. We attached it to both our Jeep Wrangler and F150, and it didn’t interfere with either one’s backup camera.

I got this a month ago and its was the perfect time. We went camping and it always seems like we run out of space in our van with four kids. We saw this carrier and knew we had to have it. We are always wanting to take our bikes somewhere or have a trailer for more space and this will do either. The tow tuff will hold 4 adult bikes!! The bike rack cradles easily fold down or can be removed to make it a cargo carrier. I also like that it has holes for tie down securing and it comes with one strap. This Tow Tuff just made camping and biking so much easier for us. We love it.

I use this rack to transport my 125 pound generator and a 75 pound (loaded) cargo box and travelling down our SMOOTH ha-ha hiways, the bar bent where it goes into the 2" hitch. 500 pound capacity is a joke.

Nice rack, but weight rating needs to be more specific like 300 lbs up to 500 lbs based on hitch rating. I should not have to learn this as I read the assembly and use instructions. The tire c;amps are insufficient for newer bikes like Ebikes, and larger mountain bike tires and wheels. My eBike wheel is a 700 or 29 inch size and will need a longer bracket to clamp on the bike tire. The rack is easier to use than most others.

Perfect for Heavy Fat Tire E-Bikes

We purchased this bike rack after searching for a bike rack that would support the weight of two Himiway E-Bikes. We love this bike rack. Our fat tires do not fit between the tire bars as designed, however do fit nicely between the two sets of tire bars with great stability. We added two ratchet straps around the base of the bike frame near the pedal sprockets and a rubber bungee around the tires. We load our bikes front opposite meaning handle bars are opposite each other and we secure the bike frames together. We also ordered an anti rattle device for our tow hitch to eliminate the play in the hitch. We took our first trip, 520 miles, and the bikes rode perfectly without shifting at all. This is a great solution for those who have heavy ebikes that can't safely be towed with traditional bike racks. The price is significantly less than the bike racks advertised AND the weight limit far exceeds anything out there. Loading is a snap. I am a 5'4", 160 LB 57 year old woman and I can load our bikes entirely by myself. Lastly it's multi functional for carrying cargo too! My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to offer a tire bar specifically for fat tires!!

Bike rack works great. Once the bikes are ratcheted down, they don't move The bike rack doesn't sway. Didn't really notice the rack on when driving.
Like the dual purpose.
It is a little heavy to try to handle by yourself. Better with 2 people.

After two days of installation portions of the rack began to rust. This happened before being loaded and used. Specifically, around the edge where the wire floor was attached to the L channel. Pretty much rust at all the welds. The construction is good quality with the exception of the priming and painting. If you looking for longevity from a bike rack, I would recommend getting an aluminum rack.

This carrier rides really smooth and holds the bikes well. I'm really happy with how it functions. The only minor issue was that the large pin for holding the carrier was a little too short for the amount of metal on the sides of my truck's hitch receiver. So I just had to use a longer pin I already had been using for a ball hitch adapter.

Biggest complaint are the directions, you get a small picture to go off of and then written directions. Comes with three types of bolts, only two mentioned in the directions.
The velcro straps with snaps I doubt will last very long and I do not feel they are very secure. I will probably get some other straps that I trust more.
