Seems well built and sturdy. Does take some time to assemble with all the included screws and parts. Having an electric screwdriver helps a bit. Doesn't come with an Allen wrench for the screws that attach the tray to the hitch.

I bought it to use on my CRV. It came quickly and worked great. Putting it together took some patience but was easy and didn’t take much effort. Lightweight enough to be stored overhead at garage when not in use.

Overall a real nice cargo carrier for the money

I purchased this cargo carrier for our SUV to be able to take coolers and storage totes to our camper.
Positive: Lightweight compared to the steel ones offered, sturdy construction, no issues with assembly, no missing parts.
Negative: Total of 44 screws, nuts & bolts to assemble, wobbles from side to side when installed although this shouldn’t be considered a defect since I have other hitch mounted items that do the same thing. Could use some screw eyes on the rails for tie down points, I’m going to add some, they are not provided.
Summary: A power screwdriver or impact gun saves your wrist when assembling, the instructions aren’t the greatest however it isn’t very hard to figure out where everything goes. Assembly takes about an hour.

Loved everything except the putting it together. Putting the base on no problem, but putting the rail on with so many screws and nuts is a pain. Have to admit once it was complete is looks great and I look forward to using it. assembly is the reason for four stars otherwise it's a 5 star product.

This cargo carrier has way too many little pieces to assemble. It is decently built, looks nice, and it does the job. Would be better if it had tie down eyelets to put your hooks in. Shipped fast.

Came damaged so that was disappointing. Assembly was far more difficult than
anticipated. Directions weren’t the greatest. But it’s light weight. Wish it had options for lights as it’ll block my tail lights if I stack anything. Lastly I had to get straps and cut them/use bunny cords as longer straps simply bind up if you try to feed them threw. Would be nice if their was some d rings or slip points for strapping things down.

Once together is a nice product. Happily easier to handle than my old steel one. If you purchase one do yourself a favor and assemble it on a table or workbench. The instructions are basically a parts list but was not rocket science to assemble.

This is an excellent cargo carrier. It’s a perfect size and very sturdy. Works great with your larger resin box to carry everything I need for my camper. It was a bit complicated to put together, with so many smaller pieces needing to be assembled. That’s why I gave it four stars. It, once assembled is ideal and can carry a large amount of supplies. Shipping was fast.
