It's huge!

It is so gargantuan that I had to remove the leather straps on both ends and use metal snaps. The elastic is ridiculously too long for the 16.2h TB I bought it for. It would easily fit a draft horse. Actually a draft horse would probably need more holes punched in it to make it small enough.
Otherwise quality of the leather is what you'd expect for the price.
No, I do not recommend this product.
