During the second time I used my snow blower the control bar fell off. In double digits temperatures I tried to put the bar back and reconnect the cable to work the impeller. After three tries, and fails, I gave up and called the dealer. Was told that's the way it comes from the factory. Must be some new 'feature' to have parts fall off after using it twice. Give me back my old Simplicity!

Whereas I was not happy with the brevity of the manual accompanying the blower the first use through 6 plus inches of snow quickly made me happy I purchased this product. Time will tell if it holds up.

So easy to use. Starts right up. I’m 70 years old and it is easy for me to handle.

The snowblower didn't even turnover. It was purchased and delivered just a couple of hours earlier. I'll definitely not prchase that brand again.

The first unit delivered was a used unit. Customer service was excellent and ordered me a new unit. The new unit arrived and was missing a nut and the electrical cord to start the snow blower. Now I must contact customer service again!

This new generation of Toro single stage snowblowers comes with cheap hollow plastic wheels. Once the surface of the plastic wheels gets scratched a little bit from rolling on hard surfaces, the snow will stick to the tread and wrap around it. This will cause the whole snowblower to bounce up and down as it rolls and/or cause the wheels to skid and not roll at all. This is detrimental to the performance of the snowblower as a whole. The old generation of Toro single stage 2 cycle snowblowers utilized a solid rubber tread wrapped around a sturdy nylon core wheel. This style of wheel Never had any sort of problems like described above. I would suggest that Toro change the design and offer a replacement option to remedy the problem with the hollow plastic wheels. It is a travesty that Toro's reputation is damaged by saving say $40 on a set of wheels.

Today was the first opportunity I had to use my new Snowthrower. It started easily, moved through the 4-5" of snow steadily and easily. It was so easy to use that I did three neighbors sidewalks as well as my own plus my large driveway.

Sold me a used broken snowblower that was already returned multiple times.

The snowblower is fine, but Tractor Supply really fell down on this one. When I picked up and got home I noticed that parts were rusty, there was no keys supplied, the users manual looked like it had been put out in the rain, it just fell apart and I had to print it out from an online resource. I had to order keys directly from Toro and I'm still waiting.

I bought a NEW Toro Power Clear 821 QZE snowblower from my local hardware store. After putting gas in and running it for 5 minutes to familiarize myself with the controls, I rolled the snowblower into our heated garage. The next morning the garage was full of gas fumes. I found a gas puddle under the new snowblower and promptly returned it to the hardware store (where I had purchased it less than 24 hours ago). I expected them to replace this defective product right away (the store determined the carburetor gasket was damaged on installation). The store told me Toro didn't replace defective products and that it would have to be sent in for repairs even though I bought the product from them less than 24 hours earlier. The snowblower has now been in the second party repair shop for two weeks with no timeline for the repair. When I call the hardware store, they say they are "waiting for Toro to approve the repair on the gasket damaged in manufacturing." I live in Minneapolis, home to Toro, and have had great luck with their products in the past. But after this experience, I will buy from a manufacturer that stands behind their products.I will not be buying Toro. When a customer buys a brand new product and it is defective, it should be replaced immediately. Instead, Toro makes customers who buy a defective product go through their bureaucratic second party repair system where you wait and wait for the brand new product you bought to be repaired.

Have always had a toro snowblower, the last one I had lasted me 22 years. Like this one because it is wider and love how you can change the direction of the snow chute.

My 721 QZE worked flawless. I could not remove snow, Shoulder surgery at 63 yrs old in January, my wife had to take over. She had no issues starting and operating the 721 QZE.

This machine is a real workhorse! Cleared 11" wind driven snow with much higher drifts without any issues!

This new Toro Snowblower completely out performs the battery powered one I replaced. The new one propels itself where the battery powered did not. It handled wet snow very well and I didn’t need to push it at all as I did the battery model. Very happy I bought the gasoline powered Toro Snowblower.

The Toro was a good fit for me I'm a petite 70 year old and needed something light yet powerful. The electric start is so handy and easy., also light weight. Only used it once so far and the snow was soft this time but it did a great job. I have a long drive way with a pitch even though this was not self propelled it did the job.

This 21 inch snowblower did the trick. I upgraded from a Toro 18" and im glad i did. Made quick work and reduced my time outside. I was truly surprised by the distance it threw the snow. So i am happy with my purchase.

first off I only gave 4 stars due to plastic wheels.would prefer the rubber ones for more traction and no snow build up around wheels. The other thing I do not like is that when your snowblowing that there is some snow that blows behind you from under blower which gets all over your shoes and bottom of pants. so cold... i tried adjusting the handle while using up or down same thing. but I have to say that I have used it 3 times and has started up and worked great everytime.the shoot mechanisum has not froze up at all either like some people say. maybe they are leaving it sit outside which should not be done for durability.
