Water based formula sucks

First time I have used Thompson water seal since it went water based. Will never use again. Bring back the old formula. I use to apply it all the time, loved it. New water based formula sucks. Will not buy again.

Thank you for your review. The milky white product you used was the new VOC compliant formula. Any VOC compliant products will generally have a lower volume of solvents than the "original" formulation. It is supposed to be milky in the can and dries clear. Unfortunately we are no longer able to make the old oil based formula.
